Returns and Exchanges Policy

BIO PRIMAVERA USA EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

All products are covered by a warranty, which begins on the date of purchase. To make use of the warranty, the Customer must send an email to bioprimaverausa@bioprimavera.com attaching relevant evidence, such as photographs or videos. This email must be sent within the timeframes indicated below. Exchanges will be made for another of our products, and no refunds will be issued. Bio Primavera USA will cover the warranty under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or out-of-stock product: This applies if the customer does not receive the product in optimal condition, meaning its contents are outside the packaging. This must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. (This applies to purchases made through digital channels.)

  • Product damage or failure: If the product packaging is damaged or defective, and prevents its proper use, it must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product (This applies to purchases made through digital means).

  • Different product: If the product received by the Customer is different from the product indicated in the order placed, the estimated delivery times will be modified. For this, the Customer will have to report this situation within 48 hours of receiving the Product (This reason applies to purchases made through digital means).

  • Product not received: If the Customer does not receive the product within the established term, they may file a claim within 5 business days; if the time exceeds 30 business days, the Customer may request a refund of the money paid.

Warranty Exclusions

  • In case of altering the product's contents with other substances.

  • When the packaging has been opened and the product has begun to be consumed.

  • When the deadlines stipulated for the refund request have expired.

  • When not used properly or intentionally damaged.

  • In case of allergic reactions. If this occurs, it is recommended to discontinue use of the product and consult a doctor.

  • When the event giving rise to the guarantee is not reported in a timely manner.
